Tweaking GS Power Supply??

I have a problem. Not enough power. My system consists of:

GS ROM 01, 4 meg RAM, TransWarp GS at 13.75 mhz, RamFAST SCSI/80 meg HD, 
Vulcan 20 meg HD (Boot drive), LightningScan GS, GSi Fingerprint, 
SuperSonic Soundcard plus 2 - 3.5" DD, 2 - 5 1/4" DD.

My Vulcan is supposed to have a heavy duty power supply. However, I use a 
small fan inside the box to cool the TransWarp GS. Without the fan, The 
TWGS literally locks up the system from heat after 15 min. With the fan, 
the TWGS won't even boot because it can't get enough power.

My question is: Is there a way to tweak more power out of the power 
supply of the Vulcan without blowing my GS to the planet Vulcan. :)

Any help would be appreciated.
