Convert AppleWorks files to MS DOS format

Hello all,
  Does anyone know of a way to convert Appleworks files to a format that 
can be used on MSDOS?  Even straight ASCII text would be OK, or MS works, 
Write, etc.  I'm not worried about transfering them from my Apple IIe to 
my PC (I'll use a modem), but I need to convert the formats.  Any 
Shareware, services, etc?
