Multi Kache help

If anyone has the original diskette for Ohio Kache's Multi Kache card, I
really need a copy of it.  I just got this card, and it came with a CMS
utility disk, but no OKS files.  I need the startup file (the launcher
program, ODS.Driver and OKS.Control.  If someone could just pack up
those three files and send them to me I'd REALLY worship you for it! :)
