Yes, the driver does make a difference! It not only works with
System 6.0.1, but works in conjunction with the RamFAST driver.
I mean by this that you can have an Innerdrive and a RamFAST
both operating at the same time (not that the RamFAST driver
effects the speed of the Innerdrive). Installing 6.0.1 over 6.0
will not remove the driver. The System 6.0.1 Easy Install option
ignores any non-Apple drivers and will not remove them. The driver
should still be on your hard drive, assuming the original owner of
the didn't delete the driver.
