The model in question would seem to be a Sony KV-1311CR.  I confirmed
this by reading the model number off the monitor in front of me.

Do not know about using this with a IIc.  I have managed to misplace
the manual but it does support both analog and digital RGB input. 
The Preferred Computing ad, Jan '89, says the tv/monitor is perfect
for the IIgs, IIe or PC transporter.
