Fried Apple IIe

I just received a nonoperational Apple //e and I would like some advice
on how to go about fixing it. The previous owner was putting in new RAM chips
on the motherboard, and he accidentally put them in backward and fried the
mother board. I'm guessing that some other chips on the motherboard must be
bad too (including the RAM). Does anyone have any idea about what I should
do? Thanks.
