Hope you are testing with a NEW batch of faxes each time! Why? Simple, 
I have come to the conclusion that the previous version and the newers
ones are not 'compatoble' that is, when I receive a fax with say version
1.3, I could not print it out with version 1.4 BUT when I got a new
fax with version 1.4 I can do everyting. Make sure you test each version
with a NEW set of recieved faxes. I have no problems what so ever with
versiob 1.4 and with the new one 1.5, both I can view, print, send and 
receive with out any problems.
