RamFAST and HFS?

  I have a RamFAST Rev. D ROM v2.0.1e on my ROM 1 GS.  I've only had one 
external drive connected to it, but recenly I've obtained an external 
160Mb drive.  I daisy chained it to the first drive and booted up.  In the
RamFAST Utility program under the Edit menu the new drive shows up.  However 
it thinks the drive is empty.  The drive came from a Mac and is formatted 
with HFS, 1 partition, and has about 145Mb of data on it. 
  Do I need a newer version of the ROM to access HFS volumes greater than 
32Mb (it looks like that's the max partition size I can make with 2.0.1e)?
With a new ROM, can I mount the drive w/out formatting it first?
