On the Apple HS SCSI card there are four switches, which are used as
follows:
1 - DMA Enable (ON/closed = DMA done, OFF/open = DMA not done)
2 - SCSI ID bit 0
3 - SCSI ID bit 1
4 - SCSI ID bit 2
ID Zero would be switches 2,3,4 off (open), ID 7 would be 2,3,4 on
(closed). ID 1 would be 2 on, three and four off, etc. (standard
binary) ID two would be switchs 2,4 off, 3 on.
