boot, format, diskcopy IIe

  I have inherited some apple IIe in my company. I don't have much
  experience on apple computer. I need some info on booting, formating and
  disk copying.
 
 1. I know I need to have a system disk to boot the system. Where can I 
    find the system ?

 2. After the boot what will be the prompt looks like ?

 3. What commands should I do to swith from (5.25) disk to disk

                     Anything info will be very helpfu.   Thank
