Help with Applied Engineering Transwarp card

Dear reader: I have recently acquired what appears to be an Applied
Engineering Transwarp card in an Apple //e, which appears to have a
4 MHz 65C02 on it, as well as 256K of RAM.  I received no software or
documentation with this card, and am uncertain as to how to make best
use of it.  If anyone can provide me with information about the card,
including descriptions of the two bank switches on it, lists of which
computers can use this card (][+, //e unenhanced, //e enhanced, etc),
and/or software I may need to properly use this card, I would
appreciate this very much.  Please post and mail both.  In return I
will scan in any documentation I have for hardware that you might have
which is missing its documentation, if you so desire.  Thank you very
