I was involved with the apple/mac user group's choice of a new
BBS software and the mac people insisted on GUI.  We chose 
Novaterm over First Clas because the Command line interface is
light years better than FC.  The GUI may not be quite as good
as on FC, but the mac users gave a little to us apple 2 guys.
We appreciated it.  There will be an upgrade on Novaterm soon and
maybe the GUI will improve and include some of the features found
on First Class.   
(Personally I thought the TBBS software we had was GREAT but I
couldn't convince them of that.  They are addicted to mice!!)
But if you are involved in something like this like I was,
look up Novaterm, the command line is really very nice, and very
fast.
