You might try the ByteWorks, publisher of the ORCA series of
development tools.  In July/August of 1994, Resource Central
(ICON) sold all of their technical reference materials to
Mike Westerfield of the ByteWorks.  However, I don't have a
ByteWorks catalog here at work to confirm if they sell the
supplements.
