Easily done. Remove the two screws at the top (NOT the two at the side), 
then slide the L-shaped cover off (upwards), start at the side
opposite the fan and work your way round the edges of the thing. It really
comes off just like that, with a bit of prising(sp?) it loose.

Note that this is a switching power supply, so:
- You need quite a bit of know-how to repair it
- It's DANGEROUS! Be especially wary of the fat 100uF ELKO in there,
  it can give you a right nasty shock.

Possible. The fuse is a 2.5A 250V fast type, located conveniently at
the edge of the board.
