I'd sugguest that you:
1) Note the directory/filename that has this error
2) Run CAT.DOCTOR
3) Sort the directory in question
4) Manually move the file in question so that it is the last file in the list
5) Press <OA-Delete> [the file entry will disappear from the screen (forced
deletion)]
6) Press <Return> to write the 'sorted' directory.
7) Re-run MR.FIXIT to free up any "lost blocks"
8) Replace the 'damaged' file from your "backup" (if important"
