Pinball Contruction Set -- Wanted to buy!

My 9-year-old son and his best friend are fired up about Apple II 
pinball games.  I would like to get a copy of the 

              Pinball Construction Set

by Bill Budge (it used to be distributed by Electronic Arts).
If you have a copy or know where I can get a copy, I would love to
