Ok, I'm vexed. Remember my post about wanting to use the NSC in my
Platinum //e? Well, I got responses from people saying it could be
done. So, I just went about trying again, and guess what? No luck. I
tried a disk dated in 90, another one from 91, and another I got from
Ron Higgins. Well, none of them were able to do anything with the
clock. Other programs would still recognize the clock in the CF ROM
socket - which is where the manual TELLS you to put it - but the util
can't find the damned clock. If I tried to read from the clock or write
to the clock the util gave me all 00's, saying it couldn't find the
damned chip. Ok, I'm really irritated with this. Would WHOEVER has the
software I need to use my SMT NSC with my Platinum //e PLEASE send it to
me so I can get this going? I'm going nuts! Thanks.
Give what you would like to receive,
Glenn
