I heard that the Hardware Ref sold much better than the Firmware Ref,
so it was figured the 2nd ed of HW could make money where the FW Ref
might not. This is a testament to the Apple II programmer, probably
a bad one, that hardware docs sold better than firmware docs.

Hm..I saw it listed in catalogs, I think APDA and RC, a number of
times and had no problem getting it. I believe ByteWorks lists
it now in their catalog.
