RamFAST/SCSI is searching the SCSI bus
for devices this can take up to
5 seconds so please be patient)

I don't have a RamFAST so I can't be sure this is accurate, although it 
makes sense and fits the letters you posted perfectly.  I'm just really
good at Wheel of Fortune.  What this means for your system, I'm not sure...
problems with your hard drive, but I guess you already knew that.  Have you
changed your SCSI IDs recently?
