Lower Case Adapters Wanted

Do you know of a source for Lower Case Adapters for early Apple II+'s?

We get occasional calls from people who see "garbage" on the screen when 
one our programs has output lower case letters and it turns out they got 
a machine that was made before Apple started putting them in the II+ and 
apparently missed Dan Paymar.  If you know where these can be found, or 
if you have a bunch of them, I would be glad to pass the source, and 
price, on to our callers.
