Why does it matter?

The original ShrinkIt isn't being used anymore, the author didn't seem
to want to trademark it's name.   While the person should note on it's
website a nod to the shrinkit of the past, this is the now.

ImageFX was an amiga graphics editor, like Photoshop.  Now you can
find websites and other products of that name.  Should all the amiga
fans spam their website with that fact?
