 I too say GO FOR IT!  I mean WHAT could they really do if you did?  They 
(Apple) have long since abandonned it and don't really care about us 
anyway!  If they've even got a small FRACTION of a heart left for us, 
they'll simply ignore anything such as this!  

Of course if they get picky, and really want to squash us, I'm sure the 
legal begals will come out of the woodwork!
