SSC mods

hello, folks...

some time ago, i heard about a few neat modifications which can be made
to a Super Serial Card, so that it can go at ridiculous speeds (like
57600). of course, i thought i wouldn't get a 14.4 until the year
1998, by which time i would have a slightly "bigger" machine.
unfortunately for me, i didn't save the article.

i'm not afraid of soldering, and i've a backup or two. killing the SSC
isn't something that scares me. i've also got a breadboard sitting
here, and the case is off my machine to keep it from overheating.

so, is there -any- chance i could get my SSC up to 57600? i assume it
takes advantage of the "external baud rate generator", but i'm not sure
how to hook anything up to it...
(i've also managed to lose my SSC schematics, from the original SSC
manual (with the schematics & source)... i'm really hating myself for
that. really really.)
