If you switch to a VGA monitor, everything looks better, because
the majority of VGA monitors are simply of a much higher quality
than the Apple monitor. On a VGA monitor, also, we use 400 line
mode, so text characters have much more "life" and definition,
and none of the modes have those annoying black lines between
every row of pixels.

On an Apple monitor, it's currently about a wash, until a QuickDraw
patch is written and 400 line mode is utilized.
