I have several sets of Apple /// manuals, and just off the top of my head, I
believe there were two manuals with the machine: Standard Device Drivers and
the Owners Guide.  I never saw a ///+, not surprising since they discontinued
them both only a couple months after introducing the ///+.
 
The differences were that the ///+ included a working clock chip, had a video
interlace, and added a delete key to the keyboard.
