  I've completed it a number of times. It's fun to try to complete the 
quest with different characters.
  The spirit bell is in the secret chamber in the Temple Grund. You need 
to find a special key to get there, and you need somone's permission to 
get the key. The bell is used to find a hidden chamber underground.
