Hi,

does anyone know how "binscii.exe" from "ftp.cco.caltech.edu" should be
transfered from a PC to an Apple][europlus running DOS 3.3 and how it can be 
started? Our terminalprogram supports both text and binary transfers, but does 
not support basic-files. The FAQ seems to cover only ProDOS.
