I've ran a test call DiskBench v1.0b1...  By D. Proni I believe, anyway,
my RF came out something like:

Large block:	Read	~860k/sec.	Write	~500k/sec.
Small block:	Read	~550k/sec.	Write	~650k/sec.

It also tests for file create/delete... etc.
