NTSC stuff

I have a few questions here...

1.)	Is there any way to make the NTSC video out on the GS full-screen?
	I mean, kill the border and expand the actual picture to full
	screen?  (not just a black border... I need full screen)

2.)	If not, is there a way to align the NTSC video?  It's gotten worse
	over the years.  Right now there is a 3-in border on the left,
	1-1/2 inch border on the right, and a half-inch border on the top
	and bottom.  Stupid thing is all over the place.  hehehe :)

3.) 	I know SecondSight won't support NTSC output, but is there something
	out in PC land that will plug into a VGA port, and convert the data
	into NTSC video?
