DB9 gameport pinout

I am making an adapter to plug my Apple ][ CH flightstick into a PC. I know
the connections for the PC DB15 connector. However, all my ][ reference books
are at home and I don't know the connections for the Apple ][ side. If someone
could mail me (or post) the DB9 pinout, it would be greatly appreciated.
