Well, the problem is, your thread has been posted in the wrong newsgroup.
This is the Apple II newsgroup, which is about the now-obsolete computer
which came before the Mac.
Since your problem is with an Apple product and a Windows OS, exact
placement would be tricky. I'd try posting to comp.sys.mac.comm, and then
perhaps one of the comp.os.ms-windows.* sub-groups.
