Mine does that if I run it from the HD without a disk in the 3.5 drive. It
doesn't have to be the Print Shop but there has to be a disk in the drive
itself. I figured it out a day or so after and never tried to figure out why.
I just slap in a disk when I am about to launch PS GS.
