I don't think so. It isn't listed in recent catalogues. It was
called the "Q-RAM GS". They now sell the "Q-RAM GS II", which uses
ZIL chips.
Another option is the OctoRAM, which will take 1, 2, 4 or 8 30-pin
SIMMs (256k or 1 MB, all must be the same type). If 8 SIMMs are
installed, it is not DMA-compatible (unless you have a RAMFast and
don't have a TransWarp GS).
