FAXination news

I just wanted to pass on a message I got from Vitesse about FAXination.  I sent
email and I guess it was not to happy sounding.  :)  I am not down on the
company, but I am interested in getting these things resolved.  I FELT like
no one was really giving us any news on what was happening.  The last update
didn't have a text file one ... etc ... etc.  

Anyway, I got word yesterday that they are working day and night on this.  They
do care and are hoping to have a fix in the next two weeks.  I know you
probably don't like dates to come and go.  Neither do I.  I was told that the
information given to them about Class 2 FAX was wrong (outdated).  They now
have the updated Class 2 fax info and are working that into the software.  The
rep said that these updates are working a lot better and that some of the other
problems seem to be fixed with this.

Well I just thought I'd pass this on.  The email was from a tech rep, no name.
