No, Apple no longer sells the High Speed SCSI Card.  I got this direct
from Apple through the 800-SOS-APPL number.  Here is what they DO still
sell:
Super Serial Card
Apple II 256k memory expansion
Apple IIe memory expansion card (128k I believe)
5.25" drive

That's it.
