ShrinkIt GS Problem

I am having a strange problem lately with ShrinkIt GS 1.1.1.  I have the
following directory structure:

		my.file.1
		/my.subfolder
		my.file.2

I want to create a new archive and "select all" the above from the file
dialog box.  After compressing and archiving my.file.1, ShrinkIt GS
_ALWAYS_ crashes at /my.subfolder.  I did several tests and it seems
that ShrinkIt GS always crashes when it encounters a subdirectory.  Is
this a bug or is something conflicting in my system?  <I shift-booted
and it still crashes>

BTW, I'm using a ROM 01, System 6.0.1, 8 meg RAM, Zip 9/64 and a RamFast
SCSI 3.01e with 1 meg cache.

Any help will be appreciated (pls email if possible).  I really cannot
compress any folder that has subdirectories. :(
