I think I drooled over that thing every time it was advertised
in teh old ][ magazines. :)  The upper-end SuperSprite card
even had Mockingboard emulation on it (same basic sound chip)
to make the ][+/IIe the ultimate game machine.  I used to imagine
how much cooler the II would have been if Apple has bundled that
card with every machine they sold.  The C64 and Atari 8-bits of the
day would have died much sooner.
