ADT Help!

I am trying to transfer disk image files to my Mac from my ][+ and I have
not had much success using the ADT (Apple Disk Transfer) program.  I have
managed to transfer the ADT.DUMP file and the ADTCONFIG file to the apple
as described in the ADT documentation.  I am using MacADT1.02 and when I
select send from the ][+ I get an "error- unrecognized command" message at
the Mac.  I think maybe the problem is that my ][+ serial card is not an
Super Serial Card.  It is a standard apple serial card (up to 19200bps). 
Does any one have any ideas or have you come across this before?  Is there
a fix?
