Reading about the crash using ANSITerm (my most recent purchase) scared 
me off from FAXination.  I had sent in my check last November, but 
Vitesse hadn't cashed it yet.  So, I called tonight at 8:30pm PST, hoping 
to leave a message.  A human answered!!!  (No voice mail menu, no fax 
machine screech!)  The tired sounding young lady on the other end was 
very helpful.  I told her I didn't need mine until the bugs were worked 
out, and she politely and efficiently took down my info to delay my 
shipping.  She also told me the BBS will be there way of posting further 
upgrades/bug fixes, and that the program has been busy at attacking the 
problems.  Anyway, Bravo, Vitesse for trying....hope the bugs are easy to 
track and eliminate!
