For copy-protected disks, I tend to create .NIB images using Saltine's
Super Transcopy - it's not the preferred format, but it's certainly
better than nothing.  Here are the steps:

Easy Writer was a pretty early piece of Apple II software, so if it
has any copy protection I'd think there's a good chance it's weak
enough for the SST method to work.
