5 1/4 inch drive.

Can you directly connect an old style 5 1/4 in drive to a GS?  You know the ones
that are designed to be connected to a card?  I have the drive card, but it
takes up a valuable slot.  I would like to be able to build a cable connecting
the drive to the drive port on the GS.  If this is possible, where can I get the
pintouts for the cable?
