I assume that since your video seems to be acting up that you never
see the error code on the screen. If this is the case I think I remember
that the self-test error code is also sent through the printer port.
So, if you have a printer you can hook up to the IIgs you may be able
to get the error code from the self-test. This may prove useful in
diagnosing your problem. A IIgs tech. note contains an explanation of
the IIgs error codes (don't have the # handy).
