Second Sight and TurboRez standardization?

I don't recall who proposed this, but they said that it would
be a Good Thing if there was a unified interface for using all
hi-rez video boards. Jawaid, it would be nice if you could
contact RezTech and try to work something out for us poor programmers.
Or RezTech, if you hear this, maybe you could get in touch
with Jawaid (I'm sure he wouldn't mind) and try to get some 
protocols designed. Cooperation is the only way we'll survive.
