 the LAST version of Copy II+ for the Apple II was v9.1, and NO version
EVER was able to deal with forked files.  Under no circumstances should
you use Copy II+ to copy GS/OS files.  In fact, I'd go so far as to say
that Copy II+ has absolutely no business on your IIGS.  It's fine for 
8-bit machins, but dangerous on your IIGS.
