It's the final commercial game by the programmers of Sword of Sodan.
Released about 6 years ago or so (geez it's been that long already?)
Anyways, the best 2 player shoot-em-up ever where you play a FBI Task
Team assigned to clean up the scum of the cities of the United States
that are controlled by gang warlord Vasquez.

Bazookas, Uzis, rocket launchers, pistols, flame throwers, tazers, and
grenades fill this huge side-scroller (3/4 of screen) against the typical
punks, mob gangsters, corrupt politicians, gangs, neo-nazis, grenade
throwing helicopters, etc. until the final showdown with Vasquez on his
yacht.

Fun as hell.
