The HS SCSI definitely ISN'T available in Australia. I bought a CD-ROM
and couldn't wait to use it, but then found out that the low-speed SCSI
card on a Rom 1 Woz wasn't able to handle it (it wouldn't even boot). So
I rang up to buy a HS but they'd been discontinued :-( . I rang all the
dealers to find out if there were any left in stock etc but to no avail.
I suddenly had the thought that Dad would have to buy me a RamFast (l
wish!), but he wouldn't spend that much on the GS, and in the end he
bought a Mac and made me use filesharing :-(.
BTW the CD available from the German AUG is GREAT!! 200 megs COMPRESSED
of Apple //gs files! I'll be sorting through it well into the next
century I'm sure...
