Sigh.
The reason you can't get a working version is because you are
un-BinSCIIing it using GSCII+.
GSCII+ and SSCII (the shell version of the same program) have a bug in
their BinSCII decoding routines which cause the decoded file to be
rounded up in size to a multiple of 48 bytes.
GSHK 1.1 is distributed as a self-extracting archive, which is a IIgs
application. The file length must be exactly right for a IIgs
application, or the operating system will give an error when you try
to launch it (it thinks it has part of an extra segment header at the
end of the file, which is a Bad Thing).
You can get a working version by using the ProDOS-8 "BINSCII" program
to un-BinSCII the downloaded file. You should then be able to launch
GSHK.SEA.
