	You can better ask this question in comp.emulators.apple2.
	The apple][+ emulator for MAC is call STM and can be found in
ftp site : "wilbur.stanford.edu" in directory "/pub/apple2".
The name of archive file I've forgot but may be start as STMxxxxxx.
