We've run into two "bugs" in AW5. First, something we call the second
boot bug. On a GS AW5 boots fine the first time, but crashes on the
second. I ran across something in the Delta manual that may explain
this behavior. The second is VERY serious. To-date I haven't figured
out how to get AW5 to boot on my IIc+. My IIc+ has a Sequential
Systems 1 Mb card installed and a CVue flat panel display. All goes
well right up until the main menu appears. The available memory
suddenly shows I've got 1,200 kb available, them menu appears, then
bink! Crash-a-reeno. For now I'm still using AW3 on my IIc+, and
giving AW5 a real workout on my GS. After a cautious start we're using
it with more and more conficence. heh, heh, I've been running a real
nasty spread sheet on it that predicts the performance of an experimental
reactor for destroying toxic chemicals. Yeck!
