Hi Tony,

My guess is that SlotScan renumbers things to be a bit more logical.  
Apple came out with three versions of the IIgs, numbered inexplicably 0,1 
and 3.  Slotscan may be assuming that:

SlotScan #1 = first version = ROM 0
SlotScan #2 = second version = ROM 1
SlotScan #3 = third version = ROM 3

I think SlotScan does a similar thing with the five versions of IIc and 
IIc+.  Apple numbered them 255,0,3,4 and 5(IIc+).  SlotScan just goes 1-5 
if I remember correctly.
